Our offices are typically open Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We close for lunch and have a meeting from noon to 1:30 each day.

To schedule a new patient appointment, however, a phone conversation will ultimately be necessary in order to ensure that we have all the information we need to address your concerns and that we set aside the appropriate amount of time to do so.
In the Case of a Dental Emergency
For established clients only, please call the main office line at (503) 228-6870 if you are experiencing a dental emergency. If it is after regular office hours, you will be given instructions on how to reach an on-call staff member. Dental emergencies include, but are not limited to:

Sudden and extreme pain
•
Dull pain that is unrelenting
•
Swelling in the mouth or cheeks
•
Pain that wakes you from sleep
•
Uncontrolled bleeding around a recent extraction or surgical site
A Note About Head Injuries
If you have suffered a head injury that has also damaged your mouth or teeth in some way, please go to the Emergency Room first before seeking dental treatment. A blow to the head, sometimes even a minor one, can cause a concussion which can be quite serious. Severe bleeding due to facial cuts or tears sustained in an accident or altercation should also be treated in an Emergency Room before consulting a dentist about other injuries to the teeth.
